• All payments will be received via our secure payment gateway online.  We will send rental income to our landlords on a monthly basis directly to their bank.  Our commission and utility bills will be deducted before payments are made.

• Regular visits and inspections once every fortnight to insure that your property is being maintained to the highest level.

Our administration charge for this service is dependent on the size of the property.
• We can provide to same service above for your landscaping and garden area including pool and outdoor furnishings.
• Dubai Rental Deals can also assist with the connection of water, electricity, telephone, satellite viewing and internet access. Fee for this service is AED 450.
